VendorVault makes vendor onboarding easier for property managers and the businesses they hire. Our VendorPassport brings service areas, references, licenses, and insurance documents into one reusable profile.

Vendors grant individual customers access through a link. Managers request missing documents and receive expiration reminders. When a vendor updates a document, authorized customers can access the current version—without another round of attachments.

Our mission is simple: stop making businesses submit the same paperwork repeatedly. Basic vendor profiles remain free, while management-company plans are priced by active vendor count.
